Refunds and cancellations

Every working and reading is prepared by hand for one person, so our refund terms follow the stage your order has reached.

Before your work begins
If you change your mind before preparation starts, contact us through the contact page and we will cancel your order and refund you in full. Work normally begins within one business day of your order, so please write as soon as you can.

Once your work has begun
After candles, materials and time have been committed to your case, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. This includes cases where the outcome you hoped for does not happen. Spiritual work can support you, but no result can be promised.

If you do not receive your update
If your written update or reading has not reached you within the stated time, check your spam folder and then contact us. If we cannot deliver it, you will receive a full refund.

Duplicate or mistaken orders
If you were charged twice or ordered the wrong working by mistake, let us know before work begins and we will correct or refund it.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
