Some things are over, yet they still show up in your mornings. Regret, an old betrayal, a grudge or a memory that will not fade can keep a door half open long after you meant to close it. This working is for walking through that door.

I prepare cleansing candles, release herbs and oils, and I use them to loosen old ties and ease emotional weight. The aim is to turn your attention gently toward what comes next.

I will ask you to tell me about the chapter you want to leave behind: what happened, what keeps replaying and what still feels unfinished. This is a working built around your story, so the specifics matter more than a neat summary.

I send you my personal notes within one to two days, covering what I set up, what I sensed while starting and anything I think you should hear.

It suits you best if the situation has already ended but the feeling of it has not. Many people carry yesterday into every plan they make for tomorrow, and it is allowed to be tiring.
