Next Level: Raise & Promotion Working

You have been dependable, you keep taking on more, and yet the title, the raise, or the recognition goes to someone else. If you are ready to be seen at the level you already work at, this working is meant to encourage favor and forward movement in your current job.

I prepare dressed candles with herbs and oils traditionally used for favor, visibility, and advancement, set around your name and the decision makers who hold the answer.

Before I begin, I need to know where things stand. Tell me your role, what you are asking for, whether that is higher pay, a promotion, more responsibility, or a better title, and who has influence over the outcome. The working is built around lifting you upward from where you are now.

Within one to two days you receive a personal update from me with what I prepared, what I noticed as I started, and anything I believe is worth knowing.

Choose this if you plan to stay in your position and grow within it. If you want to leave and open a road toward a different job entirely, my Open Road suits that better.

I cannot promise a particular result, and the working supports your own effort rather than replacing it. Tell me what you feel is next for you, and we will start there.

• Your working, prepared and carried out by hand for you alone
• A personal petition written from what you share
• A written update by email describing what I prepared and what I noticed
• Guidance on anything you can do on your side while the work settles

If you're unsure whether this is the right fit, write to me first and I'll point you to the working that suits your situation, or tell you if none does.

No working can guarantee an outcome. Spiritual work supports you; it doesn't replace medical, legal or financial advice.
