Steady Ground: Everyday Spiritual Shield

Do you come home from certain places or people feeling drained, on edge or weighed down by something that is not yours? Sensitive people often pick up other people's moods, envy and pressure. This working builds a shield you can carry with you.

I dress protection candles and work with protective herbs, oils, salt and cleansing smoke. These support firm spiritual boundaries, so that unwanted influence has a harder time settling on you or in your space.

Tell me where you feel most exposed: a workplace, a family gathering, a crowded place, a certain person or your own home. A photograph is welcome if you have one, along with your name. It is about you and your daily life rather than one specific problem.

I will write to you within one to two days with what I prepared, what I noticed as I began and anything I feel you should know.
