Your thoughts keep racing, even in quiet moments, and stillness feels like something other people get to have. This working is for settling an overactive, worried mind so you can rest.

I light a pale blue candle for you, then work with lavender and chamomile, herbs known for soothing, alongside a calm-focused petition written for you. I keep the work slow and soft on purpose.

I begin on the day your order arrives. Within 24 to 48 hours I send you a written update describing what I sensed, what I worked on, and a small practice that may help you keep hold of the calm afterward.
